Why? Set'nGo™ is actually an RV hybrid with a self contained 30-amp electrical RV hookup. This allows you to easily plug in and power up regardless of location or power source (such as  generators).  Need permanent?  With the help of a qualified contractor or if your a one of those DIY individuals, it can be converted into a permanent housing structure. the Studio Flat model is also available as an RV-ADU.  

 The Set'nGo™ Studio Flat  foot print is approximately 10'x 21', and has been designed with very simple functionality in mind especially when space is at a premium. We provide a floorplan to help potential buyers visualize the layout from a bird's-eye view and how it could blend into the landscape of the buyer's property or home. Whether

Concrete fiberboard and steel has superior dimensional stability compared to wood, meaning it is not prone to warping, shrinking, or expanding with changes in temperature and humidity.
