Aluminum Zinc Composite Insulated Panels (IMPs)
ShieldCore™ by UtilityMate® Mfg. is commercial grade .69" thick IMPs that come in a variety of finishes and colors. The sleek, modern look not only enhance the visual appeal, they add durability and resistance to weather and fire. The metal outer layer provide protection against the elements. Due to their extreme durability and weather resistance, the IMP siding require less maintenance compared to other traditional building materials, resulting in true cost savings and less hassle. IMPs provide excellent thermal insulation properties, helping to reduce heating and cooling costs in our buildings. ShieldCore™ paneling promotes consistent long term energy savings.
ShieldCore™ / Dual Insulated from the Inside Out
The Set'nGo™ DeckHouse uses only commercial grade ShieldCore™ vertical steel insulated panels (SIPs) which are comprised of an advanced insulation core (graphene) that is pressed, sealed and interlocked between two finished steel facings. Then we attach a second ShieldCore™ exterior thermal insolated siding that runs horizontal, these are insulated metal side panels (IMPs) when combined form a cross over dual insulated panels. ShieldCore™ provides the most thermally efficient panel grid system available on the market, providing an impenetrable water and vapor seal that protects your investment against extreme weather outside, while maintaining the desired temperature inside.
Commercial Flooring & Sub Floor Structure
The Set'nGo™ DeckHouse uses commercial grade flooring panels that come in a variety of looks and finishes. The paneling we use is water resistant, easy to clean and ecofriendly. Rather than using plywood or other wood products beneath as sub flooring, all of our buildings have commercial and industrial grade concrete fiberboard as the subflooring with steel cross beams which create superior strength, durability and resistance to high moisture, fire, pests, low maintenance, and longer lifespan. Concrete fiberboard and steel have superior dimensional stability compared to wood, meaning it is not prone to warping, shrinking, or expanding with changes in temperature and humidity.
Temporary vs. Permanent
The Set'nGo™ DeckHouse is unique from the ground up because of the way they are built, allowing the buyer the opportunity to have the building placed as a temporary or permanent structure. How? Set'nGo™ offers a blank slate model where the plumbing is included but none of the fixtures are set. You have the option of putting in your own bathroom, sink, etc. Essentially, you are placing an accessory building. If you'd like our fully finished option, go to RVADU for our RV hybrid. Each unit comes with a self-contained 30 or 50-amp electrical service, water, sewer RV hookups. This allows you to easily plug in and power up regardless of location or power source (such as generators). Need permanent? With the help of a qualified contractor or if you're a one of those DIY individuals, the Set'nGo™ DeckHouse can be easily converted into a permanent structure.
